Dear friends and colleagues,
We’d like to share with you the good news – on June 26, 2022, the Association of Charities of Ukraine in Brooklyn (USA) presented the official representation of the Association in the United States – Ukraine Assistance Fund #UAFUNDUS. UA Fund is a non-profit organization officially registered in the United States.
Brooklyn, NY – On June 26, 2022, at 3P.M. there will be a grand opening of the Ukraine Assistance Fund, which is the official representative of the Association of Charities of Ukraine in the United States.
“Angels of Victory” for killed volunteers: Association of Charities of Ukraine run a special program to support volunteers and families of volunteers who got injured and killed in the process of delivery of humanitarian aid. Unfortunately, there are too many of them now, and for them we introduced a special program called “Angels of Victory”.
On June 6, 2022, the results of awarding the winners and laureates of the 15th anniversary National Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2021” were announced online.
The Organizing Committee and the Expert Council of the National Charitable Ukraine Competition announce the date and scheme of publishing the results of the 15th Charitable Ukraine-2021 National Competition.
During his working visit to the United States, President of the Association of Charities of Ukraine Oleksandr Maksymchuk visited the Washington DC, where he held several meetings with representatives of the volunteer community, leaders of charitable organizations and public figures working in the United States. Oleksandr Maksymchuk together with the staff of the US-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), a member of the Association of Charities, Nadezhda Khomazyuk and Oleksiy Slyusarenko, and the representative of the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States Kateryna Smagliy visited the opening of the Razom Charitable Foundation (Razom for Ukraine) in Washington.
Organizing Committee of the “National Charitable Ukraine-2021 Competition” has beencompleted the acceptance of applications. Registration of received applications will continue during the week (ten days). (more…)
